TERMS AND CONDITIONS+ ORDER PROCEDURE


  1. We deliver worldwide.

  2. To schedule an appointment call on WhatsApp +92 323 8856000.

  3. To have a look at our designs, scroll through all the pictures. For price and queries inbox or DM.

  4. To Book your order, we take 70%  advance or complete payment. 

5. International Customers can send payments through Western Union, Direct Bank Transfer or Express Money. Local customers can send payment through Easy paisa, Bank Transfer or by dropping at the studio.

6. Nationwide courier delivery is done by TCS or trax courier service. Delivery charges apply. Do not ask us for free delivery as the courier charges do not go in our pocket.

 7. International Delivery is done through DHL and (FedEx) . The charges will depend on the weight of your package, and your location. Once the order is ready you will be informed about the delivery charges. Delivery charges change per day according to the $ rate.

  1. Our company is not responsible if there is any delay in shipping by the courier company as you will be given the tracking number to track your shipment.
  2. Delivery charges have to be cleared before the parcel is sent. 

9. We seal/pack the clothes before we dispatch from the studio, however the customs may open the packages in some countries, for which the company is not responsible.

10. There is no refund/exchange policy, if you decide to cancel your order after the booking; your advance will not be returned.

  11. The company will not be responsible for error in fittings if wrong measurements are sent by the customer. Therefore double check all the measurements before sending them to us because the fitting of your outfit will depend on it.

12.  After you have made your selection, discussed the customization and your order has started, if you demand changes/ or additions in work, additional charges will apply. Any wastage of material and labor, resulting in exceeding the initial cost will be charged.

13.  Complete clearance of dues is required before we dispatch your order from the studio.

  1. If there is any change in the order or alterations needed. The courier charges are to be borne by the customer.


15.   Queries/ calls on the provided contact number shall be answered from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm –PST.  Do not expect any replies on Sundays or Holidays.

 16. If you book an appointment with us, and somehow you are unable to make it, you are required to inform us 24 hours before the appointment.
Customers who schedule an appointment and then do not proceed , without any notification, will be not be given any appointment in the future.
